Department of ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS Engineering
About EEE
About Department
The Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering was started in the year 2009 with initial sanctioned strength of 60 and the current intake is 90. The Department has highly qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty to meet the needs of students. Department is equipped with laboratories to meet the academic requirements of the students and for research. Guest lectures from different industrial professionals are arranged to improve the scope of students. Frequent industrial visits are arranged to bridge the gap between theoretical and practical knowledge.Mould generation of Electrical and Electronics Engineers on global standards with multi disciplinary perspective to meet evolving societal needs. Alumni are well placed in India and abroad and many of them are presently pursuing their education in highly reputed institutes.
Vision
The prime motto of the department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering is to focus on the new developments to promote innovative ideas in various fields of Electrical Engineering in such a way that it would not only fulfill its obligation towards promoting undergraduate training at high level technology but also to cater the needs and aspirations of Electrical Engineering industry in particular.
Mission
- Empower students with knowledge in electrical, electronics and allied engineering facilitated in innovative class rooms and state-of-the art laboratories.
- Inculcate technical competence and promote research through industry interactions, field exposures and global collaborations.
